I have been to their location in Huntington Beach, Ca and they were great. Obviously I have the luxury of walking and then walking out with almost anything they have but the guys that work the counter there are great, friendly, customer service oriented and they do back up their lifetime warranty. I had a buddy mess up his ballast and we waked in there and they replaced the ballast and bulb no problem.
