I have had an inaccurate guage stuck on full forever, so I got a new pump module from Rock Auto for $208 shipped [Delphi].. My shop quoted me hour rate, took them 2.5 more or less. They have a forklift to lower the tank which is why they didn't charge me much. Labor was $74.75.. I like that price.

Steal of a deal. Not sure why you'd need a fork lift for the tank, simple floor jack will suffice if its done on the ground.

What is the hourly rate? Thats a really good price. So they charged an hour and it took 2.5?

Yeah, it's $65 an hour.. but they get all of my work I can't do, plus I send them customers from time to time.

Did on a 4 post lift I assume.. Not sure about using a forklift unless it was full of fuel, mine had 2 gallons in it.
