Picked up an 03 in August w/ 105K on od. Very clean, literally not a scratch on it (i put one on though walking by with third row seat, doh!). Interior looked like never had anyone under 20 in it. Paid $11K
I took it to a mechanic to get the once over. He said it was in great condition, only a small leak on right axle seal and the rear shocks were leaking a bit.
So, the maintanence and upgrades commenced.
1. replace axle seal
2. replaced rear shocks
3. touched up some oxidized paint under liftgate lip
4. painted receiver black
5. added bug shield
6. put on front hitch
7. changed fuel filter
8. drained changed front and rear diff
9. drained changed transfer case fluid
10. change spark plugs
11. added K&N performance air intake (big hp gain, no joke)
12. seafoam engine/fuel tank
13. clean throttle body
14. replaced gauge face on inst. cluster and added stepper motor for tranny temp.
15. new Weathertech mats in front and cargo
16. Scotchguarded interior
Next, radiator flush, and tranny fluid change.

Forgot:
Replaced window regulator on passenger front, it died
removed stock mirrors and replaced with towing, extendable mirrors
