I've noticed the intake on the newer trucks has a couple extra resonators on it and seems to make a difference in <2000rpm torque. It looks almost like it would bolt right in, just replace the 8mm screw that holds on our engine cover with the push fitting so the engine cover fits too.

I'm not a huge fan of the cone filters but I think this might be a decent drivability upgrade if it just bolts up. Does it fit fairly easily?
