Just as the title states, I need a harness/pigtail that plugs into the DIC of an 02 Denali. I pick one up off eBay and wanna wire it into my truck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I think it is part number: 15305996

The complete harness for the front extension (closest part to the dash) part of the console (Denali 2001-2002 and Escalade 2002) that has the CD Changer/DIC/ Outlet is part number: 15068184 and 12171873

There seem to be a few different numbers for the console extension harnesses (complete) for Denali/Escalade/Escalade EXT but that shouldn't matter since you are not looking for that harness. I thought I'd give it to you just in case.

I think the plastic part only is part number: 12064799

NEVERMIND. That is the old part number.

Go to RockAuto and search for this: ACDELCO Part # PT1128 {#15305996}

Ok, clearly I have too much time on my hands. Apparently you can buy this connector wholesale for $.73 which is crazy cheap! It doesn't come with wires or anything but you could certainly buy the little terminals and add wires for WAY cheaper than buying it pre-made!

Connector: 12064799
Terminal: 12146447 or 12089649
Lock: 12064822 or 12064823

Was gonna suggest mouser. Just use one of the diagrams on here and make the connector like I did. If you are gonna do that, make sure you take your time and be patient with it. Little connectors pissed me off the first time. Took me two tries to get it right.

Thank you SO MUCH for this information!

For the terminal and lock, or you saying that either part number will work, or I need to determine which part number is proper for the connector?

(And of course, be it a dumb question, but just for verification, the connector is the one that plugs into the DIC, correct?)

Either terminal and lock will work. Yes, it is the connector that goes into the back of the DIC.

I think the difference in terminals is just the size of wire they accept.

I know this is a older post but i am thinking of doing this to my 01 Tahoe. but before i do i wanted to know what functions work and do not work on the DIC module. Like the menu buttons that control the lights, horn, auto head lights, speed recorded and so on. If so, I will probably do it but if i am only able to read mpg I probably will not. Just wanted to get a little more info before jumping into it.
