Pro Comp, Smittybilt and G2 Axle & Gear are leaders in aftermarket off-road business for light truck, Jeep, and SUV's. We are seeking a self motivated, outgoing Sales/Tech/Customer Service Representative in our Compton, CA office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Answering heavy incoming sales/tech/customer service calls.
• Making outbound calls.
• Completing warranty, tech and call logs.
• Travel to all necessary trade shows as a sales representative, as well as aid in set up / tear down of booth.
• Work effectively with management, peers and staff
Requirements are:
• Must have vast knowledge of light truck suspension, tires, wheels, including drive train, axle and gear components.
• Minimum of 2+ years of sales support experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Computer skills & proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs.
• Possess good interpersonal skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude
