Need a little help about 96 tahoe

I dont know if these would be considered as a pillar but ive been looking for a cover for them forever anyone know what there called or where i could find a cover. The piece that seperates the back winshield from the side window.

and u wanna smooth it ?

I'm not sure i would like to find a body color snap on cover but if they dont make them i will get the vent smoothed and painted
