Need help No Oil Pressure/Engine knocking

First time posting on here so bare with me. Coming home from a short trip yesterday engine started knocking, warning low oil pressure, and check engine light would flash on and off several times. Cranking it up this morning engine still knocking this morning see some oil on the underside none on the ground checking the oil it appears to be full. It done this a few weeks ago one night but was fine the next morning any ideas on what may be going on and help is appreciated. 04 Tahoe LT 5.3

Check engine light flashing = multiple cylinder misfire.
Sometimes a video helps, certain things that go out make different noises.

possible oil pump o-ring. youll need to replace the oil pan gasket and the oil pump sump pickup tub o ring. or you have a bad oil pump. im not sure how to check that one though.

Dont drive it much... mine just blew up... driving down the interstate 70mph no warning. Vibration, oil pressure low message, all the sudden oil pressure flatlined. Before I could pull over the tach flatlined. Towed and the only option from the mechanic now is engine swap. $2500 used with 112k miles and 1 year warranty and $3500 for a reman w/ 3 year warranty. Happened so fast I couldnt even stop in time to save it... now you cant even manually turn the harmonic balancer.

Check engine light flashing = multiple cylinder misfire.

Slick is right about the flashing MIL meaning a multiple misfire.

First thing I would do is verify the oil pressure by pulling out the oil pressure sending unit and putting a mechanical gauge in there instead. Run the engine just for a few seconds and note the oil pressure at idle.

Thanks for the help but right after posting it blew up like Jason, I guess with 11 years and 240K on it I got my money's worth so $3500 and hopefully another 10 years with it.
