Need help wiring the stock sub

I bought a 2002 tahoe and it didn't come any music so put in all door speakers and when i hooked the cd deck up it came on but i had no sound so i investigated a little more and followed the wires behind the glove box and notice they were cut, fixed that problem but when i was down there i noticed a stock amp, i hooked it up and it blew a fuse, so i just bypass it, and then a friend told me they come with a stock 10'' sub i know theres wires already ran but were could a pick up on them at without pulling apart the interior to follow them.

If you bypassed the stock amp, are you saying you have a different amp?

I think he's saying he bypassed the amp because he didnt realize there was a sub in there...
now he realizes theres a sub and might be wanting to do something it?
