Need help with a part number or fix

Hi guys. Been dormant for a while.

My drivers side door when open there is a plunger type switch there, and it turns off my radio as I exit the truck.

anyway, this switch has broken and now my radio stays on for 5-10 minutes or so. enough that i can go into the store, buy some stuff, and then come back out and its still on.

anyway. I need the part number to replace this switch and its base.

Im getting tired of turning it off by completing the circuit with a pocketknife.

Thoughts at all?

15739935 is the number you're looking for. It runs about $10 at the dealer.
