need help with stuck 2nd row seat!

hi,
my 2nd row drivers side seat is stuck in the up position. If i pull the little latch that would usually pull the bottom part of the seat up, it won't budge. I've tried messing around with pulling on the cables on the bottom of the seat but have no idea why it won't un-latch. wanting to know if you guys have any ideas of how to un-latch it so that I'm able to fold them down.

Check the bottom of the seat and make sure you flipped it all the way forward. It happened to me cause my front seat was back to far and I didn't realize the bottom was not folded out far enough to unlock the top part of the seat. ...Hope this helps
