I would speculate that either the radio got wired to a full time power source or the door latch is defective. Radio should have a keep-alive wire for the memory, and a separate ignition switched power source for the radio to actually operate.

Turn off the truck. Then when you exit the truck (with key in hand) are the interior lights on? Then when you close all the doors, do the interior lights fade out after a few seconds?
Yes interior lights faded out after door has been closed

Floss is right, there must be one cable which has 12 Volt until your pullout the key of the ignition and open the door. And there is another cable, where is permanently 12 Volt.

That is necessary, because you need the 12-volt permanent for the memory of your radio and the the other 12 Volt which is called ignition Plus, to switch on and off radio with ignition.

Weißt du zufällig welche Kabel das sind?
Not spontaneous, but it's easy to measure if you have a multimeter. Simply measure with the ignition switched off and switch the ignition on. You see that you then have 12 volts. If your radio is already working, it must be a cable that is not already connected.

I need to fix one of my bulbs in the climate control in the near future. Then I can look, but that will take a while. If you still don't fix the problem, I can look up which cable it is.

Appendix
I use aunt google and she gave me the attached picture. Seems that the color of the wire is grey (GY).
