Need part number for a clip

I finally fixed my rattling door! Bad news is I broke a clip. It's a retaining clip that holds the part in the picture. Anyone know where I can get one?
Also, the screw above the door handle no longer catches anything. Is this a big deal? The panel seems firmly in place.
