Iv searched and I see a bunch of diffrsnt how tos and a bunch of diffrrant options for fans my questions is why? My fan works fine(as far as I know) so why would I wanna put dual 16i. Or a18in from a mark viii or dual caddys or any other options I'm.just generally curious so anty info u guys can give ill apprieate it

You already swapped your mechanical fan for an electric? And are asking why swap that for a different setup.

No I haven't swapped anything its a stock setup as fat as I know I'm.just curious as to why would u swap if ur current fan is operational AMD then what's the.difference in the options people swap to

most will swap to electric fans for less power loss (parasitic loss) due to belt driven. Belt fans always run with engine RPMS where as electric are generally thermal controlled. (only on when needed. So creates more efficiency. As for size/diameter.. Think the fans would need to cover most of the surface area of the Rad.. and provide sufficent CFM(airflow) to keep the temps within reasonable level. Hope this helps. (Anyone can feel free to add in or correct me if i'm wrong)

Oh ok that makes sense. So I'm assuming alil better performance and. slight increase in mpg?
