Need traction bad = Detriot Trutrac

had some fun yesterday at the playground. God I need a detriot trutrac, so I can lock both tires, and just slide around. But here is the video of my stock vmax with a pcm4less street tuned. Just waiting for a SC at this point.

Yea, definitely need a lsd. I installed the True-trac in mine and love it. Night and day from the stock G80 unit I had in there before.

haha, yessir. I know first hand how the stock unit can grenade from a little bit of extra power not factored in by GM engineers.

yup im planning on a tru trac in the spring..i blew apart umy stock open rear end with the 6.0 (EVERYTHING inside was destroyed), i now have one with a g80 and im scared shitless..I somehow can do a posi burnout with it now, when i could barely spin it with a one wheel wonder before..thank god stock tires are going on soon for winter so i dont blow the g80 up..

you just don't want that gov-lok engaging when you are trying to do a burnout otherwise its game over

I'm happy to have awd or I would never have rear tires, awd drifts are bad enough but so much fun. I think some 4.56s will make this pig a beast off the line with the right cam/converter setup.
