New day, new noise. What’s this grinding noise while driving? Not while braking.

And no it doesn’t change. It just comes and goes when driving at 25mph it stopped doing after I took it in to the Shop.

What year is your vehicle/or miles?
25mph - 30mph off the gas coasting with a slight sound of rubbing could be wear in the transfer case. Chain or bearing depending on what its running.

Grinding noise while driving

Jack up that wheel. Grab the tire with both hands at 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock positions and see if you can get any play or movement out of it. Then do the same placing your hands at 9 and 3. I would wager you have a wheel bearing starting to go. My '12 was doing the same thing but I didn't have any noise at speed, which I would normally expect with a failing wheel bearing. Instead I had what you're describing.

Also spin the wheels, I could hear the grinding when turning the hubs by hand (noticed it while doing my brakes)

Every couple of years the idiots at our town's maintenance department think it's a good idea to "tar and gravel" our street.
It never fails that one of my vehicles picks up a pebble from their mess and it gets trapped between the rotor and the dust shield......grinding.
It always takes removing the rotor to get it out.
