I just replace my driver's door inside handle. After installing, there seems to be some 'drag' when I try to open the door. Also, the handle doesn't seem to 'travel' as much as the passenger side. So, as long as the door opens, it's ok, right?

I test opened the door and it worked. I put the door panel back on and now the door doesn't open from the inside or outside. Any ideas of the troubleshooting path I should take?
Thanks

You're going to have to pull the panel off and see whats going on. Kinda weird it doesn't open from the outside.

If you didn't put the retaining clip back on the bar then it probley fell off. If you did then it still came off because it got bent louse when you took it off the old one. Just press it back on.

Thanks for your replies. Can I get the door panel off without openin the door?

Without the door opening I don't think I can get the door panel off.
