It's the wife's not mine.

She was tired of the minivan world, and this caught her eye.

Thanks. I find these forums to be a good source of info, but also a bad source of inspiration to get crazy with mods.

I have been graced with a wife that understands this motivation with my D/D, an '05 GMC 2500HD CCSB with 6.6 & Alli.

Going from a minivan to a Yukon XL ?? That's quite a jump....just don't tell me she's one of those women with suburbans who can't park the thing in a normal spot, and go flying down the road changing lanes without looking because she thinks she's big and indestructible.

Thanks Guys. And yeah I love my Duramax/Alli. I am not about to give her up.

That is, unless gm want's to finally make the duraburb from the factory.

And insofar as her driving it, well.... in her eyes there are only two positions for any pedal. Up and down, no matter what she's driving..... I really need to get her to the track one of these days.

The parking part, she is slowly getting accustomed to that part. But that's the least of my worries.

This thread title always makes me laugh. Partly because you damn near need an assault vehicle to go grocery shopping these days. Secondly because my college roommate had a late 90s white civic dubbed Urban Assault Egg. :D He kept a strap of shotgun shells over the back of the passenger seat too.
