Just wanted to say Hi

I found this forum somehow ( I don't remember) but it seems more helpful than the Avalanche Forum I belong too.

I just bought a 2003 Escalade EXT w/ 6.0HO motor and AWD.

Coming from a 2WD Sierra Ex Cab I'm sure this new truck will be a handful.

Ive already replaced the Water Pump and all the drive fluids. needs new hubs. I had the Gauge stepper motors repaired.

added a Eclipse AVN660 in the dash and Sub in the back (sounds great)

Pulled the fuse for Selective Ride Control ( made the CEL light go away)

here are some pics of my new ride.

I was originally looking for a Z71 Avalanche so I could have some fun on the trails with my buddies, but I got a good deal on the caddy. Caddy=No trails, plus the AWD system does not have 4WD low

being that it came with the wheels and grill and I'm pretty much done with the sound system, I'm gonna just drive her.
She has around 100k on the clock so I will try to keep her for a few years

As far as this site goes it seems the most informative one so far. The caddy forum and AV forum are kind of BS. Besides I think the caddy shares a lot of components with they Yukon/Tahoe especially like air ride suspension and stuff like that.

ooooh forgot that I need to get a tune in her ASAP maybe boost the MPG's from 12-14:Big Laugh:
