I will post better pics tomorrow. I took advantage of the Ford Dealership rebate and tire sale. Got myself some 265/75/16 Yoko Geolanders for $551.00 installed. Of course like any Ford dealership, my appointment was at 3pm and I was there until 5:15pm. I finally had to just walk right back into the service garage and ask one of the three guys doing nothing, if they felt like putting tires on my truck that hadn't moved for 35 minutes. They obliged.

On a positive note, the tires look and feel great. And the temperature here in Joplin,MO dropped to 27 degrees tonight and snow fell while I was having my tires installed. So looks like perfect timing.

Any idea's on how to get the blue off the white letters?

FYI - I found the tires for $129.00 on tire rack.com. Printed the web page and took it to Ford Stealership. They matched the price, beat it by 5%, and then added what tire rack would charge for shipping, which came to roughly $15.00/ tire to my zip code. However I convinced them to install em for free. Since I bought all 4 at once they will be sending me a rebate of $100.00 in 4-6 weeks. Check the Ford website for what brands of tires are eligible. Wow I sound like an infomercial.

I believe the blue just comes off with soapy water and a scrub brush. Btw, are those the AT/S? I have them on my winter wheel setup.

American Elbow grease. Sounds good. The service guy insisted I let his detail shop do it. But I don't like other people driving my car and I was already upset at how long it took.

you could also use that blechwhite stuff, it works good for gettin that blue crap off, or soap and water and a brush works too haha

Yeah it was too good of a deal to pass up. My dad has same tires on his silverado. Only in a 17. And he paid close to $900 installed.

Gotta get her aligned ASAP.

just use how really hot water and dawn dish soap works the best
