Hello everyone! Just bought a used 2003 Tahoe. Truck is in great shape, but there are a few things. Before I start digging into them, I thought I'd start here to see if these are common.

1. Dash lights. At least one bulb seems blown. Are these just standard replaceable bulbs, or is there more to it?

2. Low coolant message came on last night, but then quickly went off and hasn't been back on. Coolant level seems fine. A search of the forum suggests that the sensor might be starting to fail?

Also, is there anything else on these trucks that I should be watching for?

Thanks!
Doug

Welcome. If you're talking about the cluster lights, I believe they have to be soldered in. Pretty common. As for the coolant light I'm not sure but someone more knowledgeable will chime in and help. Btw, let's see some pics of this rig.

Thanks for the replies!

I did take the cluster out, it the bulbs are soldered. Any idea where I can get replacements? Is there a parts guy on this forum?

Scottyboy on this forum has replaced some clusters with leds. He should know what bulbs you need and where to get them.
