hello, Im new to the forum.
I just recently purchased a 2000 yukon xl and thought i would post some pics from a couple days after purchase as well as my very soon to come ( already in the mail ) upgrades.






currenntly i have installed a pioneer appradio 2 connected to my galaxy s3 running arliberator so i have full internet and facebook and everything through the deck. i will be removing the trim panel again and fiberglassing it in to give it a nice smooth finish and then dipping the trim panel in a blue and black marble hydrographic along with all my trim panels throughout the truck.

I have a DJM 3/5 lowering kit on the way which i hope to install sometime this month on my days off

Also in the mail is my new sundown audio sa8 v2 sub and re audio dts1000.1 amp and wiring kit
which i will be building a box to replace the factory one and fiberglassing a trim plate for where it will need to protrude from the factory panel and will also be dipped in hydrographic to match the rest of the interior.

thanks guys.
i like the appradio.. dont really like the pioneer app for it but running arliberator instead of the pioneer app allows me full mirroring capabilities of my galaxy s3. i wish it had a bit more tuning options in the band equalizer but thats about my only complaint.

also i forgot to mention i will be removing all the aftermarket chrome trim as some of it has caused rusting rear corners and a bit on the rocker panels which will be getting fixed hopefully this spring along with a new paintjob.

UPDATE.. suspension came in last night and stereo should be delivered today sometime just waiting on fedex. Now to find a garage i can go do the work in as i really dont feel like doing the work outside in -19° weather while snowing lol.
will post pics of everything once i open everything up.
