I just bought this truck. 247000 miles. Bone stock. CompletelyIMG_20170804_065926.jpg unmolested. Just washed and waxed it. Thought the hood turned out pretty good. Not bad for 10 years old and a quarter million miles eh?I've read on this forum a while now but finally have something to tinker with and do some things to here and there. Probably going to do the big 3 electrical upgrade next.

How much did you steal it for? Looks good. There was one I was looking at with 224000 for 13.500. Don't know if that's too much

I bought it for 8 grand. Blue book for it is like 9 mabey 10. The tranny is on its last leg however. So I think I got an okay deal but nothing to brag about. When the tranny let's go I'll put another 6l80 in it right in my driveway lol.

Nice. I think that's a great deal tbh. I don't mind high mileage vehicles, but I do mind high mileage trans' lol. There a guy near me seeling his 07 escalade with a weak trans for 7500

I saw an ad for a 2001 Grand Prix with 435000 miles. Gee I remember when cars were wore out at 100,000 miles. That sure ain't the case anymore. Congrats on the new Cadillac. It looks great.

A Caddy with Cragers, cool! Well, at that mileage you'll be rebuilding the drivetrain and suspension and steering which you can customize and do mostly at your leisure. Nice looking truck, enjoy!

The wheels are factory wheels. They even have Cadillac center caps. The steering feels tight and stable for now. It's had a new front diff installed and is on its 4th fuel pump according to previous owner. I just put a reman alternator on last weekend. Washing was
fun. Clay bar, cleaner wax, show car glaze #7, and finally #26 carnauba wax Thanks for the compliments.
