New to me tahoe

I have been on this forum for a few years now but I could never post till now. Saturday I bought a used Tahoe and I love it! I have a lot of mods planed, but I need your opinion on some of them. I already debagged it, installed 8,000k HIDs, and trimmed lower valence. It's already tinted a little but I will be putting 2% all around and something on the windshield soon. I ordered a CCM Off-road 2 1/2" front 1" rear leveling kit (will be here Friday). Also, I am trying to find good fog lights and a center console because it has the jump seat. Don't worry I am painting bowties,mirrors, and handles soon as well. Now for the part that I need your help with:
1. Put lift kit on now with the tires I have or wait till I can get new, more aggressive tires?
2. Should I cut of the little muffler (the one you can see from the back) and put a turn down right before the axle?
3. What should I do with the taillights? Escalade tails, other LED tails, tinted stock, tint other tails, or leave them like they are?
4. What is the best wait to paint bowties ,mirrors, and handles? What is the best way to paint front and rear bowie? Anyone knows where to get them done in the New Orleans area?
Please let me know of anything else I should do. On to the pics!

welcome. i painted my emblems, but the front one fell off so i replaced it with a billet. As far as exhaust, i just cut out the muffler and replaced it with a magnaflow muffler. Also cut off the resonator and had some tips welded in. I jest replaced my tail and 3rd brake light to leds. This should help give you an idea.

My front air dam is sitting in my garage since I removed it to get rid of the rub. I really like the look of how you trimmed yours from what I can see in the pics. Gives me the idea to do something similar to mine & re-install it. Do you have any more pics of what it looks like trimmed up?

If you paint the bowties black then I would tint the tails.

These are the best I have. I just cut it with a dremel tool along the crease in it. It was pretty easy, I just have to sand it a little more.
