Sup guys. Just picked up my first suv ever, 2011 tahoe lt 4wd. 123k miles. Drives Great minus Tire sensor issue And minor cosmetics on inside which i plan too fix. Big change for me as i always drove Great handling coupes and sedans. Last car 2003 me 6sp manual. Getting my grown man on. Looking forward to loving a new to me car. Been lurking on forum for a little while and gained knowledge But American suv a different Animal from the Japanese and German cars i had my entire life. Every one says these things are reliable. Plus takes regular. First day driving pretty easy in kind of country part of georgia and getting 15.5 mpg. Hoping to see better gas mileage with more highway driving, fluid changes to synthetic, chevron gas. Dunlop tires crosstrek or something. Need to fix the following

Faded climate control buttons
Cracks on dash
Tire pressure sensor ( front passengerr shows no number)

It was a 1 owner and didn't see any rental details. Spent it's entire life in Texas. Figure it at least wouldn't have salt rust issues. I was reading on here and seen details of air bag recall and some dealerships helping out with dash issues. Feeling hopeful.

What should i do about Tire sensor? Hate having to look at that system error

I'm new to these "beast" myself and AWD. Car guy also RWD and FWD's . (Japanese and German) Our 2004 Denali is the first AWD we have ever owned. Ours is still stock for now so kinda rolly polly, but you manage the weight and the throttle input and the thing can file out of corners!! I was both surprised and impressed! Tons of fun . ... hmmm (no pun intended) :)
And 15.2 mpg , yeah it would seem "They All Do That!"

Welcome aboard.
