I'm seeing a light show between the plug and the end of the boot. Even with dielectric grease!. I have a set of 8.5mm MSD wires and Accel 8mm wires doing the same thing, but strangly mostly on #3 plug. wires are in good condition. also checked witha different plug. Any suggestions?

Solved. Put on the OEM Platnium tip AC Delco and issue gone. Apparently the E3 and the other AC's I had have shorter porcelin allowing the boot to get close to the plug edge. Sometimes you can't beat OEM recommendations.
