newb to buying rims

a. is this a good deal?

b. is it missing the center cap? something jus don't look right there

c. can i go without putting TPMS on these? don't really feel like buying 4.

I don't like them much, prefer the regular GM polished version.
And yeah it comes with the center caps but the center caps are missing the Chevy logo since they are replicas that may go on a non-Chevy car.
That's what makes them look weird in the middle.
Lastly, you might as well get TPMS, they go for $100ish for a set of four all over Ebay.

man if your going to do that shit buy mine mine are the real factory 20s with tires and another set of tires for $1500 bucks thats a great deal but its a ok deal on that site but then your going to spend alot more on tires
