I've been a member over at Z71Tahoe-Suburban.com for a while but I've lurked over here some too. Finally I decided to register so I figured I would introduce myself and my Tahoe.
I have an 08 Z71 Tahoe with a few mods. For the exterior, I put on 285 BFG All-Terrains and leveled my truck with a 2 1/2 inch leveling kit. I wish I had gone with the CCM kit because of the 1 inch rear spacers but this kit works. I installed a Yakima rack with the Highroller bike mount. My windows are tinted at double limo in the back windows and 35% up front (The shop told me that was the limit and I didn't think to question that...) and a 5% windscreen strip. I'm about to go 15% on the front windows, a wider windscreen strip and possibly 35% on the windscreen (I haven't fully decided on that though). Other than that I blacked out the emblems (Except the Z71 logo) and I plastidipped my bowties using black and the glossifier.
For the interior, I swapped the stock Bose speakers with Hertz DCX coaxial's. I also added two Rockford Fosgate P2-12's in a custom built box tuned to 30 Hz. I hardwired my radar detector and I installed an Apple Airport Express to play music through a wifi network.
