Newbie long time Tahoe owner

Hey all, I have owned my 2001 Tahoe Lt black with tan leather (KN Cold air Intake, Gibson Cat back dual exhaust, Hypertech Superchip) since 2002 with 11,000 miles when I purchased for my wife to tote kids around. She put 110,000 miles and then it went to the teenagers to get them thru high school they are gone on their own and Tahoe is now all dad's daily driver. We love this truck and it is definitely wearing out but with ONLY 170,000 miles and a couple of small dents I want to bring her back to a nice ride. I would like to rebuild / replace suspension, steering, replace seat covers front driver is cracked and do the minor body work then touch up paint then do a respray. Anyone have any good info where I should start with brining my baby back to its glory and looking good? Thanks
