I have been poking around the site the past few days as I got more serious about a tahoe puchase. I am looking at a 05 Z-71 with 170000 miles on it. It has high miles but is clean and only 8g's. I haven't had a bubble body in 6 yrs and it was stock height with 20's about 5 yrs ago. After looking at the site, I found many inspiring suv's and have some sort of plan figured out. I think I am interested in a 3-5 drop from DJM. I also am looking at 22's as the rim of choice. I am concerned with the issue of lowering a vehicle that much, do you have to adjust the pinion angle as well, also I am not sure if this truck has ride control or not. If it does, what are some of the options to lowering.it? I appreciate any info and wil post pics of my find when I get it. If that one falls thru the I will have one by months end.

Thanks for any info

John

welcome John, with a good kit, the 3/5 would work really nice with no adjustments needed.
PM NORCALSS on here, Tony can dial you in on a lowering kit and advise.

welcome to the site!

Welcome to the site. You don't need to make any adjustments aside from the typical re-alignment after the drop.
