I'm new. I just got a 99 Tahoe and I love it. I got a little rust near both rear wheel wells and at he bottom of the driver door near the running board. When it gets warm. Would it be cheaper to have a shop do a spot job or repaint the whole thing. That's the only visible rust I've found so far. Any suggestions?

$ wise it would be cheaper to have it spot fixed. less work = less money !

pics??

if you can prep it for paint that would make it even cheaper for a shop to do. since all they'd have to do is paint i then. depends on where exactly it is on whether or not to spot it or do a blend in that area
