I just ordered some 305/40/22 Nitto 420's. I hope these are good tires. My tires were looking like slicks. I couldn't wait any longer got to be rather than sorry.

He said the NT420's. I have them on my truck and the truck actually rode better with the 22's and these tires then it did with the stock 16's. Shouldnt of been that way, but my wife even said that she felt a difference. You'll like them, i see a lot of members riding them on here

Geez. I'm an idiot. I glossed right over the 420 part.

I'm either getting TG's in 305/55/20 or General Grabber AT2's in 305/50/20...I'm afraid the small bump in size of the TG's might cause rubbing issues, but I feel pretty safe with the AT2's (they don't come in the 55 version, only 50 for some reason).

For you guys running the 420's. How do they handle in the rain? That is what I don't like about my ride now. When the road is slick my Tahoe seems to like to slide.

Judging of your sig, your tires needed to be replaced a long time ago. The rear tires look like they needed some love. What kind of tires do you have on there now. My tires handle great in the rain, but i dont drive it hard at all in the rain. Max is running these year around in colordo i think.

lol. yeah i don't remember how long ago that pic was taken. You got a good eye, I never noticed. The tire brand is actually called Wanli. Yeah I know wtf right? Hey but I have to say those tires lasted a long time and were great on the road, Except in the rain. They were not so hot in the rain. My friend has Falcons on her Yuk with same issue. My other friend has a Tahoe not sure what tire he is using but also has the slide. MAybe its the freaking roads around here. Dat is the only thing I don't want to have an issue with. I noticed a lot of guys talking about the 420's so decided to go that route. I was just curious of the traction and keeping fingers crossed.
