So, I currently have 2 key fobs; one for my remote start, and one for my actual standard fob. I can’t stand carrying the two, and I’m debating on buying a new GM key fob, and just soldering both transmitters to the new fob. Obviously the buttons wouldn’t 100% match, but won’t concern me at all. Curious, has anybody else done anything like this? Can I just change it to my current fob? Any concern I should have damaging anything?
