Hey gang,

I just came back from a 1200 mile trip down to San Francisco and back, and the Tahoe ran like a champ the whole time. Hopped in it today and the heat isn't working. Not lukewarm, ice cold.

I just replaced the water pump and thermostat recently, and the coolant that came out was pretty clean, so I don't think it's a heater core issue. Plus it just went bang, good one day, cold the next.

Can anybody point me to a DIY on how to find, test or replace the blend door actuator? This is a 2004 Tahoe with full auto HVAC, and rear heat/AC as well. I looked around a little but didn't find anything, and this is our primary car. My Wagoneer is torn up as I'm replacing the carpet, and the Alfa isn't great for 4 people, so I'd like to fix this ASAP.

Thanks!
Ian
