no heat

Good evening, I've got a 95 Tahoe and the heat doesnt get that warm, and the temp guage doesnt really move a whole lot after being driven, it never overheated so I don't have a bad headgasket truck runs mint besides this, so im thinking the thermostat is stuck open does this sound like the problem im having? thanks for the help

yes, sounds like T stat...get one that the factory temp called for...so if the book says get a 190, get a 190. :)

thanks for the help guys, just picked up the 195 thermostat, the two gaskets and the sealant, should do this in a few days and finally have some heat

Just a quick update got around to doing the thermostat and the problem was the previous owner took it out lol thats why it was never getting warm, flushed the cooling system and refilled it and it works mint now, thanks for the help
