No oil cooler lines?

I stand corrected. Now I remember what that thing was even though I only found out through @Tonyrodz. I remember thinking it was an oil cooler at one time. Man Im getting old, losing my memory.

We need a memory wing up in here. Also, we should have a memory wing.

Yup.
Deleted it for now until I install the new aftermarket one I have.
I just looped the hoses.

Wow, looks like the cooler itself was leaking. I've never seen or heard of that. Usually it is the cooler lines that begin leaking at the hard line to flex hose union. Of course, GM made the cooler and lines all one unit. I cut out the flex hose in mine, flared the hard lines and replaced the flex portion with braided lines.

well just imagine if mine main radiator goes bad, wonder what's going to happen when trans fluid engine coolant and engine oil mixed together?

I've seen alot of them leak the same as mine. I'm in NJ, so maybe has something to do with our salty winters.
