Ok. all! Sorry for the late response. It was, in fact, the 15A Cigar fuse. Replaced and rescanned. There was power at the port and the code came back as the heater circuit in the No. 1 O2 sensor in No. 1 bank. He erased the code. light went off. I'll replace the sensor soon, but has not affected drivability in any way. Thanks to all for the input! Cheers!
