No power through any of controls rough runing

hey yall
I just bought a 2007 z71 avalanche black in black for 800 dollars canadian, the truck has been sitting for a year this baby has so many weird problems interior controls dont work no radio no climate controls no window controls no light control, they all light up when the key is on run but nothing is working, and the engine dosent want to start and when it does it runs baaaad she has the code p0300, i changed the fusebox under the hood with no results for the engine, i changed spark plugs with wires, oil with filter changed the maf old one was broke, took some of the controls and tryed them in my tahoe and they all work, any ideas on where to look or what to do would be greatly appreciated,

Its actually not i bought it from a police officer he said it was his sons truck and I checked the carfax, but i think I partially know what what the reason is, it has this huge sound system that is basically taking half of the bed, i look at the wirings and they are all corroded

Aww shiit hopefully their isn't some botched wiring job that shorted the whole electrical system.. or even worse someone along the way may have threw the wrong polarity at it with a charger or somthing.. all the interior electrical issues is probably a fried BCM

Darn thats what i was worried about a bad bcm and i hope its not a flood truck had one of them back in 2010 wasnt fun at all

Yah i got a 08 Nissan Titan and a 06 2500hd sierra from The Calgary flood, worked out good.. gutted and pressure washed all the silt outta the interior's, flushed the shit outta the tranny,engine and diffs.. buy low,sell high

Damn you got lucky the one i got blew the damn airbag when I connected the battery not sure how that happend but when it did i was like noope im out lool

Okay guys so it turns out the truck has been sitting for 3 years and the gas tank is full of what used to be gas, now how do i drain it without removing the whole gas tank
