Try turning the volume up......

But seriously, Did you use the Stock XM antenna or aftermarket?
What do you have? Tahoe, Yukon, Escalade, and what year? Premium sound?
Does it show you XM data and channel names?

Is your IP Bus cable on the INPUT and not the OUTPUT ? I know it sounds funny, but usually(95%), that's the case. That's why your getting data but no audio.

^^^What Nathan said. The IP Bus cable needs to be plugged into the black plug on the 920. If it's in the wrong plug, you'll have power and a display, but no audio.

The only reason I knew is because I do it ALL THE TIME... I was an installer for 6 years, and no kidding, I've done it probably 40 times. It's just one of the small things you overlook. Hopefully you didn't have to take the whole truck apart to swap it.... That's what usually happens to me...
