No wipers

My wipers quit working today, widow washer too...
Everything else is fine. Signals... Radio, power windows and such all work fine.

Checked the fuse and it's good. Although I haven't probed it with a test light yet.
From a quick search on this site it looks like it might be the wiper motor pulse board???

I'm not sure where this part is or how to test it?

Any help? Am I on the right track?

It's on the firewall inside the wiper motor take the plastic cover off.
