Noob with a question

I just bought an 07 Lt and it seems lower than most I've seen. Dealer says it's stock but I'm not thinking so. I want it to be taller and I want to get rid or the 20s and get more tire on it. What do you guys think on wether it's lowered? It's a 4wd.
