it doesn't really come apart, the grills over the lights are bolted on there but the tube frame around it is welded to the main part of the guard. may still be able to use UPS ground if its under the weight restriction. its sitting at work about 45 minutes away. can try to find a scale Monday and see how shipping would work out on it. Im in the Bloomington area.
