Awhile back I posted that after getting the initial work done on my a/c I heard this weird gargling sound comming from the under the front dash (maybe from the front evaporator).

Anway when the guy installed the electric fans I supplied him with an illuminated on/off switch and from the first day sometimes the light would not go on. Last nite I was out BS'ing with some new girl with the radio off and noticed when the gargling noise stops the lite goes off on the switch. Lite on and the noise starts. Now this noise was there before the fan so I really dont think its an wiring problem. IDK

Shut the a/c off and the noise goes away, turn the a/c on and the noise comes back instantly.

Any ideas as to what to check?

Sounds like freon in the accumulator which is normal but could also be an air pocket in the heater lines when the water valve opens and closes remove and plug the the water valve air line to see if it changes back and forth still.

Sounds to me like a bubble in your fuel system. Go fill your tank as full as possible, then take the truck down a really bumpy back road, to get the gas really sloshing around good. Then get out of the truck, and take a rag and stuff part of it in your gas tank, with the rest hanging down the side of your truck. Light the bottom of the rag on fire, and run away from the vehicle as quickly as possible. Once the truck catches fire, there may be an explosion or two, don't worry, it's just purging the bubble in your fuel line. Then use your cell phone to call your insurance company. Problem solved!

Trust me if I had extra cash shit if I had any cash lying around that I could add to the insurance check to get a new used truck it would be done already! But unfortunately the bank account is nearly empty!
