OEM 20" wheels good deal?

I am looking at OEM takeoffs from a guy that had 1500 miles on his Yukon. They are the chrome ones with stock tires. He is asking $1300 is that a fair price??

Not trying to thread hijack but since this thread is already started....
I put new wheels on my hoe, now i have my oem's with tires and sensors, how much are they worth. Wheels are silver 20's tires have about half life left...

-how bad you want to sell them

-lugs included
