Offset for z71 Tahoe

I have been searching and cannot come up with the answer. I'm looking to level my 2012 z71 Tahoe with a ccm leveling kit. Tires I plan on running are 285/55/20 or 275/60/20. Wheels are xd grenades but I'm looking for about 1/2"-1" of tire sticking out side the flares.i was wondering if I should look into the 20x9 -12 or 0 or 20x10-24. Thanks

20x9 -12 gets you 1/2"-1" and x10 gets 2-2.5"

Thank you would toy recommend the 285 or 275 tire.
