Five quarts should be about right. 10w30 will work fine. I recommend Mobil 1 synthetic, or Royal Purple if you want to spend the money. Some say it doesn't make much of a difference. But I can feel it (not power-wise, but how smooth it runs).
So yeah, you're pretty much right on the money. The owner's manual will show that 5w-30 or 10w-30 is acceptable. If you live in a sub-zero climate, you may want to use 5w-30 until the weather improves.
