Have a leak in the front right behind the bumper so I am thinking either oil cooler or transmission cooler lines.

How easy or difficult is it to get to the connections to see if they may just need to be re tightened?

Thanks.

Transmission cooler lines are on the passenger side of the radiator down the side to right under the front passenger seat to the trans. My lower cooler line broke on me and found out the hard/expensive way. Good luck

My oil leak is about 1 foot behind the front bumper and it most likely leaks at the connection to the radiator.

So the question still remains, how difficult is it to get to the connections?

They should be quick connectors, if so there is not losening or tightening. Either they are connected or not.

Got it, thanks.

So with that said, IF there is a leak, the only fix would be to purchase new lines as one can not re-tighten the existing ones?

It's real easy to get in there. I pop out my headlights then there should be 4 1/4 turn phillips head screws around the middle outer part of the grill. Then pop off the plastic that covers the grill. There will be a 10mm bolt to take off the just pop off the sides of the grill. Transmission cooler is right in front of the condenser and the oil cooler is the little thing off to the right.

But don't quote me on that since you have a GMC. May be a little different but that's the general idea.
