Oil/filter change on hardly used 2017 Tahoe LT

I have looked through several treats but so far, I have not been able to find an answer. 2017 Tahoe LT 5.3 65K mileage, how often should an oil/filter change needs to be done if vehicle is hardly use? Only used for family trips.

Once a year whether it needs it or not !

Every 5k max. Or as @blondie70 stated.

Just because it's low use doesn't negate proper maintenance. Sometimes it actually requires MORE due to lack of use. Vehicles like to be driven.
