I see there are multiple filters that claim to fit my 2017 Yukon, PH2 and PH10575. Are they truly interchangeable and if so why does the manufacturer have 2 models? Seems there must be some difference, no?

The difference is the bypass valve psi. PH2 is 16 psi and 10575 is 8 psi.

Per the Fram website the PH2 has a bypass spec of 12psi. The PH10575 has a bypass spec of 16-28psi. Based on the GM OEM PF63E having a 22psi bypass I would use the PH10575

The only thing that's exactly the same between those two models is the thread size. Even the length and diameter are different a bit

If my vehicle were still under 5 yr power train warranty, I would use GM 63E

I prefer Baldwin or the newer Wix XP filters.
