oil pan retainer rails?

so are there supposed to be retainer rails on the oil pan so the bolts don't warp it???

Should be one on each side.

Well I just ordered them... only 12.ish per side... so 25.00 a set and will be here tomorrow... guess I can hold off on finishing it till Friday...
